RISING FRESHMEN!
DHHS Football weightlifting and conditioning begins Monday, January 12, 2015, 4:30-5:45pm, every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, until the end of the school year. EXCEPTIONS: No weights or conditioning if there is no school or it is Exams Week. Bring shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes, and socks to every session (red, white, black or gray ONLY).
Rising Freshmen should take the Activities Bus to DHHS and report to Coach Adams in the Team Room. The entrance is at the rear of the gym. Parents will need to pick up their student at DHHS after practice.
