Where: Druid Hills Middle School. Meet in Coach Stewart’s (Rm. 602) when bus riders are released.
Who: ALL students interested in participating in 2016-207 interscholastic athletics for DeKalb County School System and/or any student needing a physical for park sports or church sports, etc.
What: Pre-participation sports physicals are required by DCSS prior to the first day of try-outs. These physicals, administered by a board certified physician will fulfill the requirement of providing a current physical prior to participation. Cost: $20.00 per student-athlete (cash only) Students will be seen in the order that they sign up and payment received. Please complete the History Form prior to seeing the physician.
